The focus of final year is to develop advanced clinical skills including assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care. Students will also develop evidence based practice skills and beginning leadership skills. The final placement will provide an opportunity for students to continue to consolidate nursing theory and integrate with clinical skills in preparation for graduate practice.
