Course description
This course provides an overview of music's role in personal health and wellbeing. Students will learn about how to use music for their own relaxation and anxiety management. Theories of music in individual and community health are presented and supported by experiential activities. Students do not need to have any musical expertise to participate in this course. NOTE: Course offering may be cancelled unless a minimum of 20 students enrol
