Course description

To highlight the importance of management of hydrological processes in the Minerals Industry. Examining water quantity; site-specific, local & regional surface/subsurface hydrology; water quality & potential source contaminants; acid mine drainage; requirements for mine lease relinquishment; monitoring techniques & strategies.
