Course description

This course is designed to enhance the student's knowledge of public health strategies and models for maternity care in Australia. An ability to plan, provide and evaluate midwifery care in a variety of clinical settings will be explored. Students will extend their knowledge of the issues in rural midwifery care and the provision of midwifery care to a diverse population.
