Course description

Cyber Security Human Capital Leadership develops capability in influencing employees and other stakeholders, aligning their behaviour with the organisation's cyber security goals. This course is designed for experienced professionals seeking to enhance their effectiveness as an organisational leader in cyber security. This course equips these professionals to develop and manage an organisational culture that supports a cyber security strategy, including an ability to promote cyber security awareness and training as an organisational imperative, lead positive change in organisational cyber security practices, and embed those practices into the organisational culture.
