Course description
A detailed description of individual, group, and organisational processes and technologies that contribute to improving knowledge asset values and performance. The course focuses on information systems and knowledge management structures practices within the business environment. It investigates the impact of information systems in operations and planning; and how executives can use information systems as tools to manage knowledge and intellectual capital resources in an organisation.
