Course description
Improve how you work with groups and teams by using tools to analyse your own, and others, personality types, learning styles and team roles. Learn different techniques for working with groups and building effective teams - including adult learning, action learning and a range of group processes. Includes stages of group development, group decision making, addressing dysfunctional group behaviours, conflict management, negotiation strategies and leadership styles. (Minimum enrolment required -10)
