Course description

This course covers the contemporary issues and challenges in human resource management. The course deals with the core areas of strategic human resource management, human resource planning, job analysis, recruitment and selection, performance appraisal, training and development, career management, and compensation systems. The subject also covers the related areas of employee relations and managing workforce diversity. Available to Mt Eliza Business School students only.
