Course description

Comprehensive leadership course designed to introduce current leadership theory including the role of the manager in developing interpersonal and team skills, leadership in the organisation, and leadership tasks associated with planning and implementation, HR issues and trends, customer relations and future enterprises. Available to Mt Eliza Business School students only.
