Course description

The course focuses on the methods used by companies to raise funds, the characteristics of debt & equity markets, & the techniques of fund-raising in each of these markets including initial public & secondary offerings, American Depository Receipts and Euromarket instruments. Only available to Mt Eliza Buisness School students.
