Course description
This course will explore at an advanced level the place of tribunals in our system. The course will examine the functions, composition and powers of tribunals. In doing so, the course will consider the general administrative law principles governing tribunal processes, general principles of merits review, the conduct of hearings, and jurisdiction specific challenges.
