Course description
This course is an introductory level examination of the policy and law in relation to superannuation in Australia. The course seeks to develop students' knowledge of the legal and policy issues in relation to superannuation law, the way in which superannuation is provided, accumulated, taken and taxed, the way superannuation funds are structured and managed, the oblications of fund trustees and directors and the impact of the current reforms in relation to superannuation law.
