Course description

NOT 2010. The course focuses on the statutes and common law principles regulating insurance law. The aim of the course is to familiarise students with legislation such as the Insurance Contracts Act 1984 (Cth) and compulsory third party motor vehicle workers compensation legislation as well as the common law principles applicable to insurance contracts.
