Course description

This course provides a broad overview of the diverse range of physical hazards in the environment, which will allow students to understand the public health implications of the risks posed by these hazards. Natural and anthropogenic sources of ionising and non-ionising radiation, noise, and hot and cold temperatures will be explored, and the effects of global change on these hazards will be introduced.
