Course description
The theme of this course is investment decision-making under uncertainty. Students will gain advanced understanding of key financial concepts including cash flows, costs of debt and equity, and rates of return. Real options analysis will extend these core concepts, and students will develop skills in Visual Basic as a tool for options evaluation. This course incorporates extensive group work activities to explore and build applied practical skills.
