Course description

Medical Nutrition Therapy 2 & 3 builds on Medical Nutrition Therapy 1, focusing on the application of the Nutrition Care Process in individual case management. Students spend the equivalent of 25 days in placement across the semester, and 5 days in clinic, to support competence as an entry-level dietitian.
