Course description
Medical Nutrition Therapy 2 builds on Medical Nutrition Therapy 1, focusing on complex acute care and the management of chronic diseases. It uses a case base approach to explore management options. Students will demonstrate knowledge sufficient to ensure safe practice in this domain.
