Course description

This course will introduce students to the study of clinically focussed sciences using a case-based learning approach that will be supported by a combination of competency building activities such as lectures, seminars, case-based discussions and workshops. Students will apply their knowledge of basic and clinical sciences to gain an appreciation of the scientific processes underpinning dental practice and the maintenance of oral health. Students will be introduced to common dental and oral diseases.
