Course description
(From 2014 no longer offered.) Special studies in Civil Design for students involved in exchange programs. Students may take this course in semester 1 or 2, as required. Enrolment requires approval of Head of School. Advanced civil engineering design projects; philosophy of design & selection of systems; risk assessment; integrated design featuring structures, hydraulics, geomechanics & transport engineering; computer modelling in advanced design.
