Course description

A business analytics project, like any ICT project, requires careful planning, analysis and management to ensure successful completion. This course introduces students to project management principles, in the context of large multi-disciplinary big data initiatives. It provides students with knowledge and skills in estimating risks, identifying stakeholders, understanding human and organisational factors, project leadership, and project controlling/management.
