Course description
Housing People and Place is an introduction to the study of housing and neighbourhood, in cities and suburbs, in Australia and overseas. The emphasis is on Western housing types, the recognition of social cultural contexts, psychological effects, behaviour patterns, resident preferences, community initiatives and environmental concerns, as well as architectural and design ideas.
