The Master of Leadership in Global Development (MLGD) is designed to train the next generation of leaders in global development. For the MLGD same discipline is defined as a degree that could include Engineering, Public Health, Medicine, Business, Management, Cultural Studies, Communication, Sociology, Social Science, Social Work, Political Science, International Relations, Anthropology, Peace and Conflict Studies, Development Studies, Environmental Science, Geography, Planning, and Project Management.
Relevant professional work experience (supported by references) may be work (in roles such as development project management, aid administration, humanitarian assistance, management, technical assistance) in aid organisations (NGOs, government, for-profits, community based organisations, philanthropy); the private sector (mining, corporate and social responsibility); national governments (low, medium and high-income countries) or developing communities.
