Entry requirements

Prerequisites

An approved degree in a relevant field, with a GPA of 5.25 on a 7 point scale OR a graduate diploma from this University, in a relevant field, with a GPA of at least 5.25 on a 7 point scale.
A student must, if required by the executive dean, pass a qualifying examination in any or all of -

  • basic computing;
  • written communication;
  • basic mathematics;
  • basic statistics,

before enrolment is approved.

Additional application information

A commencing UQ student will be required to satisfy the entry requirements set by the preferred overseas partner institutions (including the GMAT with a minimum score of 600) before progression is approved.

An inbound student must be admitted to an approved program at a partner institution and have successfully completed the UQ equivalent of #8-16 with a cumulative GPA UQ equivalent of 5.25 on a 7 point scale.

Program rules for the Master of Global Management

To complete the Master of Global Management

To fulfil the requirements of the Master of Global Management, a student must complete the requisite number of courses chosen from the course list in accordance with the Program Rules.

A student is required to obtain #32 from the MGMan List comprising -

  • #8 from Part A; and
  • #24 from Part B
#16 of those required must be obtained from completed study at a partner institution.

A commencing UQ student must complete all of Part A at The University of Queensland. Refer to the MGMan rules for further information.
