Why study Sustainable Development?

The Sustainable Development major focuses on how to minimise conflict between growth and development and our environment. This major will provide you with multidisciplinary skills in environmental management, decision making and problem solving with a focus on urban, industrial and rural environments. It equips you with the ability to assist firms and governments to set and meet appropriate environmental standards.
