Why study International Business?

This major provides an understanding of the key issues in international business management. Courses examine international trade and investment; international marketing; international human resource management; and the management of operations in firms engaged in international business, finance and strategy. You will focus on the challenges encountered by Australian organisations conducting business in regions such as Asia, the European Union and the Americas. Graduates work in a wide range of private businesses looking to expand operations or trading networks overseas. Career opportunities also exist in state and federal government agencies; and industry or trade associations.
