Why study Environmental Toxicology?
Graduates in environmental toxicology quantify and monitor toxic substances in the environment and evaluate their effects on biota and humans. At the interface of environmental sciences, biology, chemistry and toxicology, this major addresses the need of societies to identify the problems associated with environmental toxins, to facilitate assessment of risks and to implement regulation.
