Why study Chemistry?

Undertake an extended major in Chemistry to study the fundamentals of general, physical, organic and inorganic chemistry and gain the practical skills to work in a range of different labs. Apply your knowledge to a specialised field such as nanotechnology, computational chemistry, spectroscopy, or to develop medicines or consumer products.

Chemistry is available as a minor, major and extended major.

This extended major is accredited by the Royal Australian Chemical Institute for the educational relevance of its chemistry content.
