Why study Bioinformatics?

Bioinformatics applies computational science to enhance the understanding of biology. Study a minor Bioinformatics to gain specialised knowledge in statistics, data management, computer programming, genomics, and molecular biology. You will apply your scientific expertise and technical skills to translate complex biological data into meaningful information. Your insights may lead to new innovations or discoveries. Bioinformatics is available as a minor and major.
