Course description

This course extends the concepts developed in STAT7606. Topics include: methods of stopping rules for interim analyses; spending functions, stochastic curtailment, analysis for cross-over designs; preference outcomes; N-of-1 studies; equivalence and non-inferiority trials; statistical aspects of regulatory and reporting guidelines. This course is part of the Biostatistics Collaboration of Australia.
