Course description
Valuation of complex urban properties. An introduction to the valuation of rural property. Application of advanced computer based cash flow modelling and other software to the valuation of multi-tenanted real estate. Valuation of specialised properties with emphasis ongoing concerns, retail property and land with development potential.
