Course description
Students will undertake up to 240 hours of clinical experiences comprised of immersive nursing practice. The placement will provide an opportunity for students to consolidate their knowledge and skills from Years 1 and 2 and effectively manage nursing care within a healthcare context demonstrating culturally responsive care. The focus of this final year is to develop advanced clinical skills including assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care. Students will also further develop evidence-based practice and quality improvement skills and consider preparation for graduate employment.
