Course description

An introduction to the principles & practices of contemporary cultural management through the following topics, organisational structures, cultural businesses, fundraising and marketing, gender and leadership, strategic planning, creativity and innovation, leading change and managing volunteer run organisations. Delivered in consultation with experts from some of Queensland¿s leading cultural bodies this course will teach students skills in managing the unique challenges of the GLAM, cultural and not-for-profit sector.
