Course description

This course will enable you to learn about the latest marketing tools and concepts including key components of strategic marketing planning and how to develop, evaluate and implement successful marketing strategies. The course focuses on how to put marketing principles into practice, employing strategies relevant to today's business world. It covers strategic marketing, branding, communication and customer experience in particular. Using cutting edge knowledge from world leaders in their fields, plus a mixture of seminars, group discussions, case studies and practical exercises, this course will give you fresh and innovative ways to define and implement marketing strategies in your organisation.
