Course description

Protection of commercial reputation by means of trade marks, locus of reputation & parallel importation of trade-marked goods, remedies, defences & rectification proceedings, dealings in trade marks (including licensing & franchising) & international trade mark treaties & laws, passing off, Trade Practices Acts 1974, unregistered well-known marks, and other related rights.
