Course description

This course is an introduction to, and critical analysis of, the law regulating business in Australia today for accountants, business managers, and other non-legal professionals. Particular emphasis will be placed on dealing with consumers and competitors, protecting IP, starting a business, financing a business, owning and managing a business, and experiencing financial difficulty.
