Course description

NOT 2008. The aim of this course is to provide foundation knowledge of food and beverage service procedures and relevant product knowledge applicable to commercial and non-commercial catering enterprises. The lectures will provide managerial and marketing background information for food and beverage service, while the tutorials will provide practical training.
