Course description

From 2024, this course will be replace with FOOD3017 Food Safety & Quality Management.

Total quality management principles & their application in ensuring product quality & safety. Statistical process control. Development of food safety programs & auditing of these. International & national food regulatory systems. Current issues in food safety. The development of & scientific basis for food regulations. Applied risk analysis.
