Course description
This course provides students with an overview of the multifaceted nature of career development practices that assist individuals to construct their careers including an introduction to career programs, career and labour market information, and the use of technology in career development. Such practices will be viewed through the lense of socially just and ethical practice as consideration will be given diverse nature of the client group in the context of lifespan career development. Students will also give consideration to how they construct their own careers as professional, socially just and ethical practitioners.
