Course description

This course is designed to challenge pre-service teachers to use their knowledge, expertise and experience to design learning environments that will engage students in the learning process and cater for a variety of learning styles. It aims to introduce participants to teaching, learning and assessment related to major world religions within the context of the Queensland Curriculum and Assessment Authority (QCAA) Study of Religion syllabus. Participants will have the opportunity to develop resources and skills to teach the Study of Religion curriculum offered in Queensland schools.
