Course description
The course covers the fundamental concepts that allow a complex organism to function, with a key focus on the human body & other higher organisms. Key concepts include basic cellular transport & signalling mechanisms, development, nervous system, sensory & motor mechanisms, circulation & gas exchange, nutrient processing, fluid handling, osmoregulation & excretion, & the endocrine system.
