4. Due dates

For student financial matters, there are two important dates to be aware of:

  1. Due date for the payment of fees. All upfront fees, including tuition fees, have to be paid by this date.
  2. Census Date. All fees and enrolment details are finalised on this date. It is also the last date you can apply for a FEE-HELP loan, and the last date you can withdraw from courses without incurring any financial penalties.

These dates are listed on the Academic Calendar – but only for standard semesters and trimesters.

Some programs and courses (e.g. medical programs, intensive programs) have unique dates. Go to 'Enrolments' in mySI-net to view this information.

A $100 late penalty is applied to unpaid fees after the fees due date.

If all your fees aren't paid or if any HELP loan isn't finalised by Census Date, your enrolment will be cancelled.
