Business, Economics and Law Student Centre
At the Business, Economics and Law (BEL) Student Centre, we provide you with information and support from Orientation through to graduation.
We can assist you with:
- planning your enrolment
- advice if you're experiencing difficulties impacting your study
- credit transfer from other institutions
- confirming you are on track to graduate
- any aspect of your experience as a BEL student.
Book an appointment
Email bel@uq.edu.au to book an in-person, Zoom or phone consultation session. Include your student number and outline your questions.
For program planning or enrolment advice, we may ask you to complete a progression check sheet before confirming your appointment.
Drop-in sessions
Drop-in sessions for BEL students allow you to ask a few quick questions without having to book an appointment. These sessions are offered in the first few weeks of each semester to help you with enrolments and settling in.
What to bring to your session
Come to the BEL Student Centre (level 2 of Colin Clark Building 39) and remember to bring along:
- a current printout of your Studies Report
- a completed progression check for your program
- any other documentation you may need.
Semester 1, 2026 drop-in sessions
Sessions for Semester 1 are now complete. Drop-in sessions for Semester 2 will be available soon.
There will be no drop-in sessions during Orientation Week.
